Graffiti by Adnate

This graffiti woman in a flaming saffron veil locks her hypnotic eyes with mine as I make my way to work everyday.

Indian Woman at Tulsi Pipe Road, Mumbai

On looking further I found that it is the work of Australian graffiti artist Adnate. Turns out, not only was he in Mumbai sometime this year, but there was also a little terrace-top talk by him that you could attend at a building at Shirley Rajan Road, Bandra. (Yes, we've all missed that!)

Of course he has a wide range of styles but there's something about his work with eyes that is just captivating...

These two are part of a series of wall portraits called Hidden History in Berlin

And of course, eyes looking down at you from walls remind me of this TED talk by JR, a French Street Artist who speaks about 'How Art Can Change The World'.

Believe me, if you have any interest in the arts, this is A VIDEO YOU DO NOT WANNA MISS. Enjoy!
